How do I book a motorcycle, tour, or chauffeured ride?
All bookings must be made through our official booking app, which provides real-time availability, pricing, promotions, and instant confirmation.
Do website enquiry forms confirm a booking?
No. Enquiry forms are for questions only. A booking is only confirmed once completed and paid for in the app.
What is included with my motorcycle rental?
Each rental includes a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, helmets and jackets for two riders, and route recommendations.
Do I need a motorcycle licence to rent?
Yes. A valid motorcycle licence is required for all self-ride rentals.
How many kilometres are included with my rental?
Rentals of 1–6 days include 350 km per day. Rentals of 7+ days include unlimited kilometres. Extra kilometres are charged at R3.50 per km.
Is there a rental deposit?
Yes. A refundable holding deposit applies to all rentals and is released within 7 days after the motorcycle is returned and inspected.
What is your fuel policy?
Motorcycles must be returned with a full tank. If not, a R150 service fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged.
What insurance options do you offer?
We offer a Standard Waiver (Standard Waiver: R6000.00 or 10% of the claim value, whichever is greater.)
What types of guided tours do you offer?
We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day guided tours across Cape Town and the Western Cape, including Chapman’s Peak, Cape Peninsula, Hermanus, Winelands, and the 12-day Great Cape Tour.
What is included in a guided tour?
Guided tours include a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, professional guide, riding gear, scenic route planning, and support throughout the ride.
Can I experience a Harley ride without a motorcycle licence?
Yes. Our chauffeured rides allow you to enjoy the experience as a pillion passenger with a professional rider.
Do you offer chauffeured rides for events?
Yes. We provide chauffeured Harleys for weddings, matric farewells, corporate events, photoshoots, and film productions.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. H.O.G. members receive 10% off rentals and tours. Seasonal promotions and event discounts such as INDYfest are displayed in the app.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. A 30% cancellation fee applies.
Is riding gear included?
Yes. Helmets and jackets for two riders are included with every rental or tour.
