3. Deposit and Fines
A refundable deposit will be held and released within seven (7) days after the rental period ends, subject to
the motorcycle's condition. The Lessee will be held responsible for all traffic fines, Fuel charges or penalties
incurred during the rental period. Payments for such fines will be processed using the Credit Card
Authorization Form completed by the Lessee prior to rental.
4. Admin and Bike Wash Fee
An admin fee of R280.00 and bike wash fee of R250.00 will be charged in addition to the rental rate.
5. Excess Rates
Lessee is required to choose one of the following excess options:
Standard Waiver: R5000.00 or 10% of the claim value, whichever is greater.
Super Waiver: No excess payable. Enquire in-store for applicable rates.
6. Kilometres
1 - 6 Day Rental pricing includes 350km per day.
7 Days + Rental pricing includes unlimited km per day.
Extra km will be charged at R3.50 per km and will be payable either by card or cash.

Rental Terms
1. Inspection of Motorcycle
The motorcycle will be inspected jointly by the Lessor and the Lessee before and after the rental period. Any
pre-existing damages will be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Upon return, the motorcycle
will be inspected for any additional damages.
2. Fuel Policy
The motorcycle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to do so will result in a service fee of R150.00,
in addition to the cost of refueling the tank.
