West Coast Motorcycle Rental Terms

Inspection of Motorcycle

The motorcycle will be inspected jointly by the Lessor and the Lessee before and after the rental period. Any pre-existing damages will be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

Upon return, the motorcycle will be inspected for any additional damages.

Fuel Policy

The motorcycle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to do so will result in a service fee of R150.00, in addition to the cost of refueling the tank.

Deposit and Fines

A refundable deposit will be held and released within seven 7 - 10 working days after the rental period ends, subject to the motorcycle's condition.

The Lessee will be held responsible for all traffic fines, fuel charges, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Payments for such fines will be processed using the Credit Card Authorization Form completed by the Lessee prior to rental.

Admin and Bike Wash Fee

An admin fee of R280.00 and bike wash fee of R250.00 will be charged in addition to the rental rate.

Excess Rates

• Standard Waiver: R6 000.00 or 10% of the claim value, whichever is greater.

Kilometres

• 1 to 6 day rental pricing includes 300km per day.
• 7 days or more rental pricing includes unlimited kilometres per day.
• Extra kilometres will be charged at R4.00 per kilometre and will be payable either by card or cash.

Cancellation

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance and are weather permitted. Please see the weather forecast before booking.

A minimum of 50% deposit is payable to secure the booking. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total amount.
